  • 6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • 2 tsp. Hungarian paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
  • 1/2 c. ale
