- 1 can tomatoes (11 to 12 oz.)
- 2 envelopes dehydrated spaghetti sauce mix
- 24 oz. V-8 juice
- 12 oz. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- lasagne noodles (uncooked)
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Brown meat in oil.

2Add tomato juice, tomato sauce and dry spaghetti mix.

3Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
