- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 clove (Large) Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 cups Red Onion, Finely Diced
- 1/2 cups White Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 3 cups Half-and-Half Cream
- 1 cup Parmesan, Grated
- Salt To Taste
- 1 pound Shrimp, Cooked In Crab Boil Spices
- 10 whole Tagliatelle Nests
- Parsley, To Garnish
- Freshly Ground Pepper
Directions

1Heat a large pot of salted water for the pasta.

2Melt butter in a fry pan and saute garlic and red onion.

3Add white wine and let it reduce to less than a 1/4 cup.

4Add flour to the onion mixture and stir for 1 minute.

5Slowly with a wooden spoon or whisk, add the cream.

6Heat to simmer and reduce slightly.

7Add the cheese and salt to taste.

8Cook pasta according to the package instructions.

9Ladle sauce over the pasta nests (if they come apart while cooking, just re-form then into little nests again), top with the cooked shrimp.

10Garnish with parsley and freshly ground black pepper.
