- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 3 c. hot cooked rice
- 4 slices bacon
Directions

1Clean and devein shrimp; sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and paprika.

2Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet.

3Add celery, green pepper and onion.

4Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add shrimp; increase heat and cook

55 minutes more, or until shrimp turn pink.

6Add hot rice; mix thoroughly.

7Remove from heat.

8Fry bacon until crisp; crumble and add with bacon drippings to shrimp.

9Add salt and pepper to taste.

10Serve hot.
