  • 1/2 c. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. cooked, wild rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 soup can water
  • dash of Tabasco

    Saute onion and celery in butter.

    Add seasonings, rice, soup and water.

    Fold in shrimp.

    Bake in baking dish 30 minutes at 350°.
