- 3/4 c. olive oil
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 head garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb. shrimp, deheaded
- sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Rinse shrimp in cold water.

2In large iron skillet, add all ingredients.

3Bring to boil, then turn down to simmer.

4Simmer, uncovered, until shell is loose from the back of the shrimp. Serves 2 Cajuns or 6 city slickers.
