- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. butter
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions

1Peel shrimp, leaving tail portion; devein.

2Rinse and pat dry. Place in large ovenproof pan.

3Saute garlic in butter in skillet for 3 minutes.

4Pour over shrimp.

5Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil 3 inches from heat source for 5 to 7 minutes or until done to taste.
