- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, clean and boil 5 minutes
- 1 c. raw rice, cooked
- 1 bunch green onions
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can mushrooms (if desired)
- 2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Directions

1Mix soup, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, sour cream and mushrooms (if desired) with onions, then fold in rice and shrimp. Pour into a 9 x 11-inch dish.

2Sprinkle grated sharp cheese on top. Bake at 325° about 30 minutes.
