  • 2 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. pimentos, chopped
  • 3 c. shrimp
  • 1c. green onion tops
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can shrimp soup
  • 1 c. chopped parsley
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • red pepper
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Measure rice and cook separately.

    Peel and devein shrimp. Boil and save water.

    Saute onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic in oleo until tender.

    Add soups and 1 cup water where shrimp were boiled.

    Stir in chopped parsley, onion tops, cooked shrimp and pimento.

    Add cooked rice and half the bread crumbs.

    Season with salt and both peppers.
