  • 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned, deveined, cooked and chopped
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bud garlic, minced
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 3/4 c. cheese, grated
  • 1/2 stick oleo

Directions

    Cook rice and shrimp.

    Melt butter and add raw vegetables and simmer.

    Add cheese to hot rice and mix until melted.

    Add all ingredients; place in baking dish and cook until bubbly all over or about 30 minutes at 350°.
