- 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned, deveined, cooked and chopped
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 small onion
- 1 bud garlic, minced
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 3/4 c. cheese, grated
- 1/2 stick oleo
Directions

1Cook rice and shrimp.

2Melt butter and add raw vegetables and simmer.

3Add cheese to hot rice and mix until melted.

4Add all ingredients; place in baking dish and cook until bubbly all over or about 30 minutes at 350°.
