- 2 lb. shrimp, cooked
- 1 bag mixed Chinese vegetables
- 2 c. noodles, cooked
- 1 jar Cheez Whiz (small; jalapeno if desired)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Melt margarine, Saute seasonings about 10 minutes.

2Add vegetables.

3Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.

4Vegetables should still be crunchy.

5Mix everything in large casserole.

6Top with Italian bread crumbs, if desired.

7Bake at 250° for 1 hour until hot and bubbly.
