Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. shrimp, cooked
  • 1 bag mixed Chinese vegetables
  • 2 c. noodles, cooked
  • 1 jar Cheez Whiz (small; jalapeno if desired)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 stick margarine

    Melt margarine, Saute seasonings about 10 minutes.

    Add vegetables.

    Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.

    Vegetables should still be crunchy.

    Mix everything in large casserole.

    Top with Italian bread crumbs, if desired.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour until hot and bubbly.
