- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) Havarti cheese, grated
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen, peeled and cooked shrimp, finely chopped
- paprika to garnish
Directions

1In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

2Add next 6 ingredients; stir until well blended.

3Divide cheese mixture in half; form each half into a ball.

4Sprinkle each cheese ball with paprika.

5Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.

6Serve with crackers or cocktail bread.
