Ingredients
- 2 lb. medium to large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 medium mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
Directions

1Use large skillet or Dutch oven.

2Brown flour in oil.

3Add onion, green pepper, celery, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and all other ingredients, except for mushrooms.

4Bring to simmer for 20 minutes.

5Add shrimp and mushrooms.

6Simmer for another 20 minutes.

7Serve over steamed white rice.

8Garnish with minced green onion.
