- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 lb. cleaned shrimp
Directions

1Simmer all ingredients except shrimp and cornstarch, about 10 minutes.

2Add shrimp; simmer another 10 minutes.

3Add enough water to cornstarch to mix well.

4Pour into cooked mixture and mix. Serve over cooked rice.
