  • 4 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Paul Prudhomme Seafood Magic seasoning
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 lb. cooked and shelled medium shrimp
  • 1 c. cooked green peas
  • rice

Directions

    In Dutch oven, saute in oil the onions, celery and green pepper.

    Blend in flour and seasonings.

    Add tomatoes and vinegar and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Add shrimp and peas and cook just until heated through.

    Serve over rice.
