  • 2 small fryers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. pork
  • 2 lb. Irish potatoes
  • 1 lb. onion
  • 1 pt. fresh or frozen butter beans
  • 1 pt. fresh or frozen corn
  • 1 c. okra
  • 6 cans tomato soup
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown beef and drain fat.

    Boil fryer until tender in salted water (3 quart).

    Also boil pork until done.

    Debone and cut up meat.

    Mix meat and all the other ingredients together in a very large pot and cook until all the vegetables are done and tender.
