- 1 lb. peeled shrimp
- 1/4 stick butter or oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. wine vinegar
- 1 can Italian tomato soup
- basil and oregano
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Saute the shrimp in the butter or oil along with the garlic. Add the bell pepper.

2Add the wine vinegar.

3Cook for about 2 or 3 minutes.

4Add the soup with the basil and oregano and simmer as you like, usually about 5 to 10 minutes.

5Also add the water (or will be too thick).
