Shrimp Creole

  • 1 lb. peeled shrimp
  • 1/4 stick butter or oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. wine vinegar
  • 1 can Italian tomato soup
  • basil and oregano
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Saute the shrimp in the butter or oil along with the garlic. Add the bell pepper.

    Add the wine vinegar.

    Cook for about 2 or 3 minutes.

    Add the soup with the basil and oregano and simmer as you like, usually about 5 to 10 minutes.

    Also add the water (or will be too thick).
