- 2 medium bell peppers, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 4 pieces celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. red pepper
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 can water
- garlic powder, sprinkle
- 1 lb. cleaned shrimp
Directions

1Cook the vegetables in the oil until tender.

2Add tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.

3Simmer for 40 minutes.

4Add shrimp and cook for 20 more minutes.

5Serve over rice.
