- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 6 shredded olives (green with pimento)
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1 tsp. sugar
- shrimp
- cooked rice
Directions

1Saute onion and olive in butter 2 minutes.

2Add tomatoes and green pepper, capers, sugar and salt to taste.

3Add shrimp (3 ounces per person), cooked or raw.

4If raw, cook until shrimp is pink.

5Serve over rice.
