Shrimp Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, deveined
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

    Peel and devein shrimp.

    Melt butter in a large skillet and add shrimp.

    Saute over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Add the soups and stir until blended.

    Stir in curry powder, parsley flakes and sour cream.

    Heat thoroughly.

    Do not boil.

    Serve on hot, fluffy rice.
