- 1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, deveined
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Peel and devein shrimp.

2Melt butter in a large skillet and add shrimp.

3Saute over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

4Add the soups and stir until blended.

5Stir in curry powder, parsley flakes and sour cream.

6Heat thoroughly.

7Do not boil.

8Serve on hot, fluffy rice.
