  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 2/3 c. cooking sherry
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 5 to 6 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp (large)

Directions

    Add to melted butter the garlic, parsley, paprika, pepper and cooking sherry.

    Add bread crumbs.

    Place shrimp in 11 x 17 1/2-inch dish.

    Spoon butter mixture over top.

    Bake in slow oven at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs are brown.

    Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
