- 1 c. butter
- 2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 c. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 2/3 c. cooking sherry
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 5 to 6 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp (large)
Directions

1Add to melted butter the garlic, parsley, paprika, pepper and cooking sherry.

2Add bread crumbs.

3Place shrimp in 11 x 17 1/2-inch dish.

4Spoon butter mixture over top.

5Bake in slow oven at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs are brown.

6Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
