  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons chef prudhommes seafood magic seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons lemons or 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • rice

Directions

    Thaw shrimp according to directions.

    Remove shells.

    Cut Yellow Pepper into 1/2 inch chunks.

    Mix all ingredients and marinade 1/2 hour.

    Cook in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes

    Serve immediately over rice.
