- 1 (2 lb.) beef tenderloin
- 1 qt. whole plum tomatoes, strained
- 1 head cabbage, wedged
- 1 whole onion
- 1 bag carrots
- 1 stalk celery
- 4 whole tomatoes
- 4 qt. water
Directions

1Saute meat in skillet; season well. Add enough water to come halfway up on meat. Wash and clean vegetables and chop in 1/4-inch pieces. Use celery leaves with meat. Cover and cook until 1/2 slightly crunchy approximately 1 1/2 hours.
