Shrimp Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans small shrimp
  • 12 oz. cream cheese (allow to soften to room temperature)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. warm water

    Warm soup.

    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water.

    Mix gelatin/water into soup; cool.

    With hand mixer, mix cooled soup/gelatin and all remaining ingredients, except shrimp.

    Chop shrimp very fine in food processor and fold into mixture.

    Pour into 4-cup mold.

    Chill until firm.

    Serve with Ritz or favorite crackers.
