- 2 cans small shrimp
- 12 oz. cream cheese (allow to soften to room temperature)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. warm water
Directions

1Warm soup.

2Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water.

3Mix gelatin/water into soup; cool.

4With hand mixer, mix cooled soup/gelatin and all remaining ingredients, except shrimp.

5Chop shrimp very fine in food processor and fold into mixture.

6Pour into 4-cup mold.

7Chill until firm.

8Serve with Ritz or favorite crackers.
