Shrimp Dish Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 big onions, diced
- 3 or possibly 4 stalks celery, diced
- 2 sm. cans mushrooms, liquid removed (reserve juice)
- 2 cans French style string beans, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. rice (boiled in 3 c. water, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt)
- 1 pound fresh shrimp or possibly 1 pound cut-up chicken cutlets into bite-size pcs
Directions

1Cook rice and put aside.

2Saute/fry onions and celery in 2-3 tsp.

3oil or possibly more, if necessary, till tender, 5 min.

4Add in the mushrooms and the string beans.

5Stir into mushroom and onion mix, the shrimp or possibly chicken.

6Cook, stirring often, for 5-7 min.

7Combine with rice and serve.

8VARIATION: Add in some of mushroom juice to onion, celery, shrimp mix and serve with rice on the side.
