  • 2 containers (6 oz. each) raspberry nonfat yogurt
  • 3 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1/3 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup wheat and barley cereal nuggets

Directions

    Place yogurt, raspberries, milk and vanilla in blender; cover.

    Blend on high speed until smooth.
