  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped shrimp
  • 1 cup shredded onion
  • 14 cup chopped water chestnut
  • 14-12 cup fresh bean sprout
  • 12 cup thinly sliced mushroom
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup beef bouillon
  • 12 teaspoon granulated sugar

Directions

    Beat eggs until thick.

    Add shrimp, onions, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and soy sauce to eggs and continue beating.

    Heat small amount of oil in a heavy shallow pan.

    Carefully ladle shrimp mixture into pan the size of a medium pancake.

    Cook until brown and then turn.

    Serve with sauce.

    Sauce: Mix ingredients and cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
