- 2 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 C chopped celery
- 2 C cooked rice
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Brown celery in butter. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp have turned pink. Add rice and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly (do not add salt) and cook for about 5 minutes stirring every few minutes. Serve.
