- shrimp, cooked, cleaned and deveined
- 2 to 3 ribs celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can corn with juice
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Simmer shrimp in butter until tender.

2Add celery, onion and pepper to shrimp and simmer until tender-crisp.

3Add corn with juice, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon sugar (or more if needed) and stewed tomatoes.

4Simmer until vegetables are cooked. Serve over cooked rice.
