- 1 cup grits
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 lb cooked large shrimp
Directions

1preheat oven to 350F

2Fry bacon crisp and soften diced onion in bacon grease

3add grits to boiling water and chicken broth

4once grits are firm add dice tomatoes,onion and crumbled Bacon

5once heated add shrimp and pour into a 9x9 pan

6cover with mild sharp cheese

7place into oven till cheese has melted
