  • 1 medium Onion
  • 6 slice bacon
  • 1 cup grits
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lb cooked large shrimp

    preheat oven to 350F

    Fry bacon crisp and soften diced onion in bacon grease

    add grits to boiling water and chicken broth
  4. 4
    once grits are firm add dice tomatoes,onion and crumbled Bacon

    once heated add shrimp and pour into a 9x9 pan

    cover with mild sharp cheese

    place into oven till cheese has melted
