  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 green pepper (thin slices)
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • thyme (season to taste)
  • pepper (season to taste)
  • 1 small can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 4 c. white rice
  • 2 shots Louisiana hot sauce
  • salt (season to taste)
  • olive oil

Directions

    Clean shrimp.

    In frying pan, saute shrimp in olive oil.

    Add vegetables, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and spice to taste.

    Let simmer 12 minutes.

    Serve over rice.
