- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper (thin slices)
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- thyme (season to taste)
- pepper (season to taste)
- 1 small can stewed tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 4 c. white rice
- 2 shots Louisiana hot sauce
- salt (season to taste)
- olive oil
Directions

1Clean shrimp.

2In frying pan, saute shrimp in olive oil.

3Add vegetables, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce and spice to taste.

4Let simmer 12 minutes.
