  • 1 deer meat roast
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 or 2 onions
  • vegetables

    Put roast in large pan containing cold water and 1 tablespoon vinegar and soak overnight. Rinse and put in roast pan with oil and onions. Bake at 300° about 3 hours or until tender. Vegetables can be added about the last hour.
