Shrimp Mold

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cans shrimp, deveined and broken, or use 6 oz. pkg. tiny frozen shrimp
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 1 c. tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped celery
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped grated onion

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water.

    Boil soup, gelatine and cream cheese on low until melted.

    (If any lumps, beat with beater.)
  4. 4
    Cool.
  5. 5
    Add remaining ingredients and pour into greased mold.

    Best if made the day before.
