  • 3 small cans shrimp, deveined and chopped
  • 1/2 lb. softened cream cheese
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 small pkg. gelatine (Knox)

Directions

    Dissolve gelatine in boiling water.

    Combine soup, cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. 3
    Stir in celery, onions and shrimp, then gelatine mixture.

    Pour into glass or plastic mold and chill until set.

    (Metal molds may discolor shellfish/mayo mixtures.)

    To serve, unmold and offer with crackers or heavy chips.
