- 1/3 c. water, cold
- 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 lb. cooked, canned or frozen shrimp
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
