  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/3 c. water, cold
  • 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 lb. cooked, canned or frozen shrimp
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
