Shrimp Mold

Ingredients

  • canned shrimp (2 small cans) or 1/4 lb. frozen
  • 3 pkg. small cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored Knox gelatine (1 1/2 pkg.)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Soak gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water.

    Heat soup to boil, stir in and dissolve cream cheese.

    Add gelatine; stir and let cool. Put in bowl.

    Add celery, onion, mayonnaise and seasonings.

    When thick (won't get real thick), just stir well.

    Add shrimp and pour in mold.

    Put in refrigerator to set, usually overnight.

    Enjoy.
