Ingredients
- canned shrimp (2 small cans) or 1/4 lb. frozen
- 3 pkg. small cream cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored Knox gelatine (1 1/2 pkg.)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 can tomato soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Soak gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water.

2Heat soup to boil, stir in and dissolve cream cheese.

3Add gelatine; stir and let cool. Put in bowl.

4Add celery, onion, mayonnaise and seasonings.

5When thick (won't get real thick), just stir well.

6Add shrimp and pour in mold.

7Put in refrigerator to set, usually overnight.

8Enjoy.
