- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small bunch green onions
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 2 oz. sherry
Directions

1Finely mince green onions.

2Saute with sliced mushrooms in butter and garlic.

3Add shrimp and cook briefly with vegetables. Blend flour in sherry and add to shrimp mixture, stirring until thickened.

4Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

5Just before serving, add sour cream and warm.

6Do not boil.

7Serve over rice or angel hair pasta.

8Thin slightly with milk, if needed. Serves 4.
