Shrimp Mousse

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. small diced onions
  • 1/4 c. small diced celery
  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (do not substitute!)
  • 2 small cans cocktail shrimp, drained

Directions

    Melt cream cheese and soup in double boiler.

    Dissolve gelatin in warm water.

    Stir gelatin into cheese and soup mixture.

    Stir in onions and celery.

    Add mayonnaise. Stir in shrimp and pour into mold lightly greased with the mayonnaise.

    Chill overnight.
