Shrimp Mousse

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Cook shrimp until done, then chop.

2Heat soup and cream cheese in a double boiler until cream cheese melts.

3Cool slightly; stir in gelatin and mix well.

4Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a gelatin mold and let gel at least 8 hours.

5Unmold onto a platter lined with lettuce leaves, if desired.

6Serve with crackers.

7Lobster may be substituted instead of shrimp.
