- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Peel and devein shrimp.

2Saute onion and celery in margarine over medium heat until tender.

3Add cornstarch and mix thoroughly. Add shrimp and cook until pink.

4Add milk and cook until it thickens.

5Serve over steamed rice.
