Shrimp Over Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, cooked
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. wine (any kind)
  • 1 can cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 c. peas
  • 1 c. rice, cooked

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in pan.

    Add soup and wine.

    Add a little milk if too thick.

    Fold in shrimp.

    Heat slowly and serve over cooked rice.

    For color, you can add peas or leave them out. Serves 4.
