- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. wine (any kind)
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 c. peas
- 1 c. rice, cooked
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in pan.

2Add soup and wine.

3Add a little milk if too thick.

4Fold in shrimp.

5Heat slowly and serve over cooked rice.

6For color, you can add peas or leave them out. Serves 4.
