- 1 medium onion
- celery to taste
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/3 soup can water
- shrimp
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 12 oz. cooked spaghetti
Directions

1Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in margarine.

2Add tomatoes, soup and water.

3Heat until bubbly.

4Add shrimp until pink.

5Then add Velveeta cheese and spaghetti.

6Place in a casserole dish.

7Pour soup mixture over and top with grated cheese. Heat in oven at 350° until bubbly.
