Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, boiled in crab boil and peeled
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. green onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 pkg. (9-inch) deep dish pie shells
Directions

1Saute vegetables in margarine until tender.

2Combine cooked vegetables with all other ingredients, except shrimp.

3Cook until the soup is smooth.

4Add shrimp; cook until hot.

5Pour into pie shell; top with second pie shell.

6Seal off edges; make slits in top.

7Bake at 350° until golden brown.

8Remove from heat; let stand 20 minutes.
