- 1 pie pastry (your own or a mix)
- 1 (4 ounce) canbroken small shrimp
- 14 cup finely chopped green onion
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup mayonnaise (can use reduced fat)
- 13 cup milk
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon dried dill weed
Directions

1Line 12 muffin cups with pastry.

2Set aside.

3Rinse and drain shrimp and divide equally among pastry shells.

4Divide onion next, followed by Swiss cheese.

5Beat eggs until frothy.

6Add mayonnaise, milk, salt and dill weed.

7Beat to mix.

8Pour over top of shrimp mixture in shells.

9Bake in 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until nicely browned.
