  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. nondairy creamer powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 3/4 c. skim milk powder
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows

    Sift first 4 ingredients together.

    Stir in milk powder and marshmallows. Store in airtight container. Use 3 to 4 tablespoons of mix to make 1 cup of cocoa.

    Keeps up to 6 months.
