- 1 c. cooked shrimp
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- celery salt
- 2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs
- sliced olives
- watercress
- tomato slices
Directions

1If canned shrimp are

2used, soak them in cold water for 2 minutes.

3Drain them and moisten with lemon juice. Then add celery, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and celery salt.

4Garnish the salad with the
