- 1 head lettuce
- 1 -2 can shrimp
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 14 onion, finely diced
- mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
- salt & pepper
Directions

1wash shrimp and put into bowl.

2Cover with water and put into fridge at least 20 minutes.

3The longer the better.

4Finely dice lettuce.

5Put into bowl.

6Add diced celery and onion.

7Put into fridge.

8Just before serving, thoroughly drain shrimp, add to greens.

9Salt and pepper to taste.

10Add mayo, 1 T at a time.

11You want just enough to hold everything together.
