Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 -2 can shrimp
  • 1 stalk celery, finely diced
  • 14 onion, finely diced
  • mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • salt & pepper

Directions

    wash shrimp and put into bowl.

    Cover with water and put into fridge at least 20 minutes.

    The longer the better.

    Finely dice lettuce.

    Put into bowl.

    Add diced celery and onion.

    Put into fridge.

    Just before serving, thoroughly drain shrimp, add to greens.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Add mayo, 1 T at a time.

    You want just enough to hold everything together.

    Serve and enjoy.
