- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 gal. cooked shrimp, diced
- 2 c. elbow macaroni
- 4 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 or 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 c. olives diced (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Marinate cooked macaroni mixed with lemon juice and vegetable oil overnight.
