- 1 lb. boiled, peeled shrimp
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 large tomatoes, cubed or pared
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Wash lettuce and cut in 1/4-inch strips.

2Drain.

3Then add shallots, onion, shrimp, tomatoes, salt and pepper.

4Add mayonnaise and stir all together.

5Put in refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.

6The longer it sets the more flavorful it becomes.
