  • 1 head lettuce, torn into pieces
  • 12 medium radishes, sliced thin
  • 6 green onions, chopped fine
  • 5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 4 1/2 oz. can small shrimp, drained
  • 12 oz. frozen peas (do not thaw or cook)
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, grated
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

    Layer in order given in a pretty clear bowl.

    Refrigerate overnight or for several hours.

    If you want to make it even better, use 2 cans shrimp.
